Midway Pointe is designed for independent seniors age 55 and older. The building specifically addresses the physical and social needs of the active elderly. It offers a blend of carefree living along with the convenience of security and other optional services.
The six story, 95 unit brick building plays host to multiple one and two bedroom apartments. Senior residents can relax knowing that basic everyday chores are easy to handle. There are trash chutes and recycling centers on each floor, a centrally located free laundry facility and elevator service to alleviate stair climbing.
